Property size and layout
List the bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, storeys, stairs and separate utility spaces. Apartments may also need lift or parking coordination. A short layout description helps us understand the property before quoting.
Condition and priority areas
Ordinary dust, a used oven, soap film, window tracks, pet hair and a property that has been empty for weeks can each change the work involved. Share recent photos of the kitchen, bathrooms and any area with heavy build-up. Mention delicate materials or damaged surfaces before products are used.

Access, furniture and timing
Say whether the home will be empty, partly furnished or occupied. Add parking, stairs, lift access, key collection and the preferred completion time. Dates still need confirmation; a quote request does not reserve the schedule.
Why similar homes can need different work
Two homes with the same bedroom count can require different cleaning. An empty home with light dust and clear access is different from a furnished home with heavy oven build-up, soap film, pet hair or restricted parking. Recent photos show those differences more clearly than a room count alone.
Additional services to specify
Add carpet extraction to the same MoveOut quote request and describe the carpeted rooms, stairs, stains, pets and furniture. High or unsafe exterior windows, rubbish removal, repairs, extensive wall washing and specialist mould work are not included unless confirmed.
